EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS: live-bacteria Bifidobacterium lactis (HOWARUī bifido HN019) 5 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium lactis (BI-04) 15 billion CFU, Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14) 15 billion CFU
1 capsule daily after dinner or before sleep and drink plenty of water afterwards. If diarrhoea persists for longer than 48 hours or symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain present, seek medical advice.
